Victoria Venturella

An Existentialist, Phenomenologist, Psychotherapist, entrepreneur, writer, and creative human. Like a flame burning brightly within her Victoria’s obsession and love for philosophy never seizes to die out. Holding a dual Bachelors in Philosophy and Psychology, and a Masters in Existential Phenomenological Psychology she passionately helps people grapple with their finite nature, embrace uncertainty, accept the absurdity and potential meaninglessness of existence, create meaning, cultivate agency, and find purpose in life. Even if it means nothing. She loves to help people combat death anxiety, existential despair, and existential angst. As well as process, make sense of, and take action when faced with an existential crisis.

She strongly believes in people living into their fullest potential, creating their own lives, becoming their best selves, taking responsibility for the choices they can make in life, never hindering the freedom of themselves or others, living authentically, and living into an open future of infinite possibilities.

Her main philosophical interests are in Existentialism, Phenomenology, Hermeneutics, Metaphysics, Aesthetics, Uncertainty, Ambiguity, and especially the psychological layers of human experience i.e. memory, imagination, creativity, thought, communication, perceptions, emotions, representations, transformations, evolution of self. Also she loves to go down the rabbit hole of known knowns, known unknowns, unknown unknowns, and unknown knowns.
